My Client keeps things simple and operate a very flat structure. Good people quickly earn all the influence and respect they can handle at this Agency. For many, the greatest reward is seeing their idea have real impact in the marketplace.
They believe people are the key to a great agency, so they treat their people well.

They’re a social bunch;

• Our parties are pretty legendary. We’ve been to Latitude festival for a summer outing, Brighton for a Christmas shindig, Barcelona for our 10 year anniversary, put on a ping pong championship, and taken the whole company for a long-weekend ski trip.

We love to learn and develop

• We hold two social events each month, one boozy and one educational.
