About the role:

You will be joining our growing digital team, based in London and you will be reporting into our Senior Digital Designer. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative branded solutions such as website, apps and other digital touchpoints for retail markets with specific contribution across 2D brand communications and digital design within a seamless customer journey. Skills

Minimum 3 years experience developing software with some or all of the following Ruby on Rails, modern Javascript (vanilla, React, Hapi.js)
Experience designing and architecting scalable, web-based systems that solve real business problems
Good understanding of the various architectures and components of modern, scalable web application stacks
You will need to be able to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to team-mates, and occasionally customers and our wider engaged community of organisations and individuals
Ability to pick up new ideas, concepts and technologies quickly
Experience working in lean, iterative ways to create software from the ground up
Interest in future-facing technologies and desire to contribute to building a more sustainable future.
