As Community Manager, you will lead the charge on global social channels with social editorial planning and publishing, 1-2-1 community engagement, and developing bold and exciting ways to activate influencers and events on social.
You will plan and create social content strategies and editorial calendars, working directly with our Design team and Ideation team, to develop creative concepts and design briefs that deliver activations and social assets that take them on this journey.
You will work alongside our Paid Media team to assist with the amplification of our work. While you will not be expected to manage paid campaigns or budgets, you will help suggest formats and objectives. This is a great opportunity to learn a deeper understand of social paid media and with the opportunity to become more involved if skills or desire exists.
Outside of your day-to-day accounts, you will also have the opportunity to work on new business and projects, advise on the changing landscape of platforms and tools across our roster, be a go-to for social knowledge, and contribute to industry and social trend reports.

This individual will be working across campaigns, social and website design and build projects. This will involve managing a range of projects, including both new builds and maintenance.

Experience and Skills
You’ll be an experienced and confident client-facing PM with a minimum of 3 years of agency experience.
You will be able to demonstrate a fundamental grasp of the principles of project management – ideally you will have training in Agile.
Experience delivering integrated campaigns, including print, social, digital and OOH/DOOH.
Experience of delivering projects with budgets in excess of £50,000.
Confidence in reporting effectively on project performance to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing projects profitably within complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent and efficient communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience across web builds and e-commerce projects.
Experience in requirements gathering and functional specification.
