HOW WILL I DO THIS?

  • Working with the support of the Commercial Director and other SLT members, defining and driving a partnerships strategy that will achieve revenue and margin objectives.
  • Identify, recruit and manage mutually beneficial partnerships with strategic partners to directly drive audience awareness and uptake
  • Identify, recruit and manage mutually beneficial partnerships with MCN’s to directly drive service uptake
  • Identify, recruit and manage mutually beneficial partnerships with commercial partners to directly drive revenue
  • Identity key individual creators and develop productive relationships with them for ambassadorial and service innovation purposes
  • Full responsibility for partnership revenue achievement, analytics and reporting.
  • Liaison with the product, music and engineering teams to ensure that partnership requirements are defined, appropriately prioritised and built into the roadmap

Purpose of the role
You are a forward thinking, engaging Full Stack Developer with a user-centred approach to creating brilliant design experiences. Key responsibilities and tasks

About you
They are looking for a hardworking and passionate Full Stack Developer to contribute to continuous improvement and growth. You will have extensive Full Stack Development experience and the ability to work in a pressurised environment towards tight deadlines.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Advanced experience with an MV* framework preferably vue.js
  • HTML/CSS3/SASS practices that support responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices, W3C, and accessibility standards across both desktop and mobile web
  • Strong vanilla JS skills and experience with ES6 and jQuery
  • Ideally, some experience working with React, Node.JS, or Angular
  • SVG animation experience with Canvas / CSS3 Keyframes / JS animation

Purpose of the role
The Digital Project Manager works with multi-disciplinary teams to define project scopes in detail, plan delivery, ensure the teams’ adherence to scope and plan as well as deliver to quality, deadline and budget whilst maintaining communication, documentation. With an ability to work under pressure, prioritise, multi-task, and manage the project delivery process from concept to completion – and optimisation – the Digital Project Manager remains a champion of process and most of all a motivating team player. Main responsibilities
Project definition and governance:

Budget and commercial management:

  • Manage internal expectations around budget over-runs and associated resourcing impact.

About you
Professional experience:

  • 4+ years Project Management experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or software environment.
  • 2+ year practicing one or more recognised methodologies and/or frameworks (we use waterfall, agile and lean methodologies, dependent on project fit).
  • You will need to have a strong knowledge, understanding, and experience project managing web builds
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality digital products and services to time, specification and budget.
  • A well-rounded understanding of modern web technologies.
  • Experience in delivering technically sophisticated / complex projects – demonstrable ability to talk the talk with clients, suppliers, and developers.
  • Experience of project tools such as MS Project, Jira, InVision, Slack an advantage.

I am looking for a software manager to join my client’s Business Planning team. This role requires a maths-based degree with an interest in marketing topics, along with a desire to learn about methods of analysing communication and the techniques of media planning. Interaction with global teams is a crucial aspect of this role, the tools manager is the champion for the use of advanced techniques in creating media plans.
They are currently in the process of building these tools into a suite of web applications.

Competencies

  • The Tools Support Manager will support and work closely with the Head of Tool Development and Product Director.
  • Advise Local, Worldwide, and Regional teams in the best approach to using the tools
  • Delivery technical training, online, to global teams
  • Liaise with the Tech Team regarding testing, documentation, and implementation of requirements
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the construction of training and support plans
  • Customer support point for internal queries regarding usage of tools and solutions
  • Development of user guides, case studies, and presentational materials
  • Co-operate with other business units’ analysts
  • Source syndicated and public data for inclusion in models

Knowledge and Attributes

  • Media planning and/or buying experience
  • Degree level education: economics, maths or statistics (or science subjects also suitable depending on numeracy)
