Role Overview

As our Senior Account Manager you will be the day-to-day project contact across various clients and workstreams. Leading projects and supporting our junior team members, we’re looking for somebody who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients whilst developing a culture of transparency and trust.

Through the support of senior management, you’ll take on briefs from scope to delivery – owning areas or full projects and budgets depending on value, giving expert recommendations and opinions. We’re looking for a steady pair of hands to drive projects from concept to delivery, somebody who’ll take control and lead meetings, ensuring that the clients and creative production team are across all project milestones.

You’ll work with high profile talent and celebrities, all the way through to micro-influencer activations and content production projects – working with our team to deliver excellent and successful 360° brand campaigns.

 

Account Management

We’ll support you to be a first class account handler and proactively ensure projects are tracking smoothly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Create a “partner” like relationship with our clients through excellent communication
  • See the bigger picture of a project and provide clients with expert opinions
  • Be able to interrogate briefs, ask relevant questions and if applicable, offer advice on how to improve a campaign
  • Understand the wider marketing context of a brief and in hand be able to understand what impact that has on a project
  • Preparing presentations and documents for key client updates
  • Understand when meetings are required and work with the team to complete all relevant meeting admin
  • Weekly project status reporting – internal & external
  • Project reporting & evaluation
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Work with senior management to pull together full budgets, with input from creative & production team members where relevant
  • Management of budget, tracking progress with the ability to provide an update to the team or client at any point
  • Set key timelines and create project management tools

Team Management

As a Senior Account Manager, you may be responsible for the management of other team members, keeping them motivated, enthusiastic and working well together.

  • Provide management and support for Account Executive by listening, understanding and allocating time for support across relevant projects
  • Help junior team members to meet objectives by providing opportunity for growth and learning whilst ensuring client needs are met

 

Talent Management

We work with a multitude of talents at all scales and fame, predominantly within the music & lifestyle industry. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keeping on top of culture & rising talent
  • Have an awareness of your clients business and make conversation about relevant talent / coverage seen in meetings
  • Manage Account Executive on talent research and step in where is required / give direction
  • Proactively presenting client-specific talent ideas to your team for future collaborations
  • Feed into the IRM (our talent database) – ensuring that the Account Executive is keeping this up to date
  • Contracting and agreements
  • Negotiating talent fees
  • Relationship management – seek and nurture talent relationships with partners, influencers, talent and their teams
  • On-site relationship management / talent liaison

 

Creative, Production & Execution

Creative execution is a key part of our business. Whilst we’re not expecting you to design and make things as such, it’s important that you should feel confident leading the process, working with freelancers and suggesting new ideas. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Add value creatively to projects, sharing things you’ve seen or ways to develop projects, giving ideas
  • Organise creative sessions & brainstorms
  • Suggest new and exciting creative partners
  • Briefing of creatives & freelancers (written and verbal)
  • Manage the creative process from brief to print-ready artwork / final content
  • Champion the creative process and ensure all of the account team are following correctly
  • Coordinate diaries and the planning and booking of resource – flagging to senior management if resource is required ahead of time
  • Manage the client feedback process ensuring timelines are met and the amends process is managed
  • Be a key point of contact for suppliers
  • Point of contact for the client & talent onsite at events, shoots, castings and activations

We are looking for an experienced, client facing Senior Event Producer who’s proactive, positive and eager to immerse in a broad scope of projects with a can-do attitude. You should be calm under pressure and be able to confidently allocate tasks and manage multiple projects and resource with ease.

 

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be driven and determined. You should not be phased by production hurdles, with no problem too small or too large, taking a solution focused approach backed up by the experience, network and confidence required to make things happen.

 

As Senior Producer, you will be responsible for medium to large projects, from brief to execution: Interrogating the brief, scoping the project and managing the necessary resources and budget. The Senior Producer will also ensure that all work, from creative concepts to design and technical – delivers against agreed objectives. As well as delivering medium to large projects, you will be responsible to deliver a number of smaller projects, overseeing a Project Co-ordinator, giving guidance and focus.

 

Develop client relationships and new business opportunities, increase the number of events produced and ensure the retention of current events with this client.

 

Resource, manage and plan for a team to deliver a series of events for the same client over the course of the year, maintaining and engaging a wide network of best-in-class freelancers and suppliers, capable of delivering stand-out work, whilst pivoting to accommodate clients and projects of varying size. Delivery should be underpinned by strong, consistent ways of working and processes.

 

 

Summary

 

Project Planning

• Work with the client, senior and account management teams to develop and deliver events from pitch through to execution

• Work with the CD and the studio team to develop ideas, creative propositions and offer strategic solutions to client briefs and requests.

• Ensure that the creative content can be delivered on time and on budget using high production values.

• Present ideas and content to the client in a pitch environment and during the life of a project as well as to the internal team.

• Be a facilitator, unafraid to explore innovative event formats, experiential layers and creative avenues that will nail client objectives and go above and beyond to produce stand-out work

• Manage a range of projects across the business, with varying timelines and deliverables

• Deliver the creative production response for relevant projects, including; experiential / immersive threads, onsite creative, branding and assets

• Update and develop the creative working deck and share with the client to shape the direction of each event and ensure key internal and external sign offs at all stages

• Produce all required event documentation

• Manage the timely and safe delivery of all event assets and elements in line with project timeline, wider campaign and client deadlines

• Feed into the project budget and ensure cashflow, purchase orders,

supplier invoicing and time management are managed effectively

• Contribute to the ongoing creative life of the office encouraging workshops, training, cultural visits.

 

 

Project Delivery

• Source, contract, brief and manage venue and supplier relationships across all event elements

• Build and maintain an evolving network of best-in-class suppliers, striving to work with both creative pioneers and solid industry leading partners whilst negotiating preferential rates.

• Manage the onsite delivery of each project, protecting the creative at all times and working within the agreed budget

• Brief and manage all suppliers onsite and ensure safe working practice and exemplary standards of delivery

People Management
