Central London based International sports brand are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Digital Art Director / Creative Lead for one of their primary Sport Divisions.

You’ll be leading this departments creative and delivery for their numerous marketing projects across multiple digital channels (web, mobile, social media, Ecom, apps, interactive, film, video, POS, 3D, etc.) as well as brand and product campaigns for their partners and international markets.

This role requires an experienced digital AD/lead with a passion for sports and experience working on 360 campaigns and a proven leaning towards digital and social across different mediums.

You will be passionate about design excellence and a creative thinker who is comfortable coming up with concepts for large brand campaigns through to smaller activations. Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the business by creating engaging and strategic content, while collaborating with influencers on partnered content
  • Be the brand ambassador, ensuring the brand guidelines and tone of voice are upheld, with all content produced falling in line
  • Management and creation of content production roadmap, including management of graphic design agency
  • Manage all on-page and off-page SEO activity, working closely with our SEO and Digital PR agency on blog articles, digital PR campaigns and evergreen SEO content – report back to the business on content performance and ROI
  • Write blogs aimed at YouTube content creators, optimising them through on-page and off-page SEO tactics
  • Manage the end-to-end email marketing strategy, writing and creating emails in Hubspot (and Mailchimp) and analysing performance
  • Work with product, engineering and SEO stakeholders to craft content for the website, to improve conversions and page rankings
  • Manage the content strategy, content creation and uploading schedule for x3 YouTube channels, while analysing and optimising content performance
  • Manage content budget
  • Copywriting and proofreading

  • Able to analyse and report on the ROI of all content marketing activity
